Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment within 24 hours after payment confirmation. If an issue prevents shipment within the stated timeframe, we will notify you.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery is 6–9 business days after shipment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Delays

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide an updated shipment estimate and give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped items.

Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, or is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact info@felinepure.com. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.
